Q1: What level of English do I need to start?

We work mainly with intermediate-level learners, but beginners who can read basic English are also welcome!

Q2: How are lessons conducted?

All lessons are held online via Zoom or Google Meet.

Q3: How long is each lesson?

Each session is typically 1 hour.

Q4: What materials do you use?

We use custom lesson plans depending on your goals, plus resources like IELTS practice materials, videos, articles, and conversation prompts.

Q5: Do I need to buy a textbook?

Nope! We’ll provide all learning materials — no extra costs.

Q6: Can I choose what I want to study?

Yes! You’ll tell us your goals, and we’ll create a personalized lesson plan just for you.

Q7: Are the lessons in English or Japanese?

Mainly in English, but we can explain difficult parts in Japanese if needed.

Q8: How much do lessons cost?

Q9: Can I take a trial lesson first?

Yes! We offer free consultation meetings before you decide.

Q10: How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer, PayPay, or credit card. Details will be shared after your lesson plan is confirmed.

Q11: Do I have to pay everything upfront?

You can pay monthly, per 4-week block, or all at once — whatever works best for you.

🔁 Scheduling & Cancellations

Q12: Can I reschedule a lesson?

Yes, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll move your lesson.

Q13: What if I miss a lesson?

If it’s an emergency or you inform us in time, we can reschedule. Otherwise, missed lessons may not be refunded.

Q14: What if I’m not happy with the lessons?

We want you to succeed. If you’re unhappy, we offer partial or full refunds depending on your situation and goals discussed.
